Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT
Payment is required in full before course commencement.

You may then pay the invoice by cheque, credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or by internet banking (the Waitakere Enterprise account number is on the invoice).

CANCELATION POLICY
Waitakere Enterprise require three clear working days notice of a cancellation to allow for a refund less 10% administration fee or transfer to another course. If you are unable to give such notice, we would be happy for you to arrange for another person to attend. Unless such notice is given, full course fees are payable and refunds will not be given. Registrations that are cancelled with less than five working days notice will not be eligible for a transfer to another date, or refund.
We request all changes to registrations be received in writing. (e-mail acceptable)

Should the course be cancelled by Waitakere Enterprise for any reason, a full refund or transfer to another course will be organised.
