Who’s it for?
WE Do is for business owner / managers that have had some business success and now want to really move their business forward. You may feel unsure of the best direction for your business or you may know you have the product or service but not the systems and processes to take that next big step.
You’ll have been in business for a year or two, have seen positive growth and be looking for a partner to work with you – be it for a concentrated period of weeks or for six months to a year.
WE Do – services
Waitakere Enterprise has a business coach dedicated to WE Do clients. You’ll start with a complimentary business assessment (valued at $350) before your coach will recommend a programme for you. This may be a series of one-on-one coaching sessions around strategy, meetings with your team to develop wider organizational objectives or group learning sessions with other clients.
Your programme will be highly tailored and the outcomes you wish to achieve clearly documented.
