Mentors Confidentiality Agreement
The 2011 Westpac Auckland West Business Award Mentors will agree:- Not to disclose to any other party the Confidential Information and Data of any companies participating in the Westpac Auckland West Business Awards 2011.
- Not to use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than that for which the information was provided.
- To take all reasonable care to ensure that all materials in their possession which contain or incorporate Confidential Information are securely kept.
- To return, destroy or otherwise deal with as directed all material containing the Confidential Information.
- This agreement shall continue for a period of 12 months.
