If you are a large business or a developer looking to undertake building related work in Waitakere, we want to hear from you.

 

The KAM service flow chart
  1. Notify Waitakere Enterprise of your development plans. (You’ll be assigned a Key Account Manager.)
  2. Your Key Account Manager will outline next steps and give general guidance on the consents process.
  3. Identify all consents required - including those from bodies other than Waitakere City Council.
  4. Draft your application.
  5. Complete a pre-application form and return it to your Key Account Manager.
  6. Your Key Account Manager will arrange a pre-application meeting involving all necessary Council officers.
  7. Prepare your final application, meeting all the requirements identified in the pre-application meeting (or any subsequent meetings), and lodge it through your Key Account Manager.
