RWCL has appointed Rugby Travel & Hospitality (NZ) Ltd (RTH NZ) to create, manage and implement the Official Travel and Hospitality Programme for RWC 2011.

In turn, RTH NZ will appoint a network of Official Travel Agents from around the world to create and sell travel programmes for the Cup designed to encourage fans to follow the Tournament around the country. RTH NZ will also appoint a network of Official Corporate Hospitality Agents to sell the Official Hospitality Packages.

The resources required to fulfill the RWC's hosting needs are enormous and RTH NZ is responsible for managing and coordinating requirements from the from supply of banquet chairs, linen and security services to fencing, caterers and hosts and hostesses. Other ky needs will include infrastructure, venue fit-out andthe highest-quality entertainment demands.
