About Waitakere Business Club

The Waitakere Enterprise Breakfast Forums (note: speaker schedules sometimes dictate that these 'Breakfast Forums' become luncheons) include a key note speaker addressing topical business and economic issues. The Forums are kept short and sweet – generally, guests arrive for a buffet breakfast before a 30-40 minute presentation by the guest speaker. We encourage all speakers to take questions from the floor. Morning events conclude by 9am so that you can get on with you day. Luncheon events run no longer than two hours.

Past Speakers

To date the Club has had a knack of attracting speakers with key announcements to make. Past speakers have included former and the current Prime Minister, Rod Oram, David Skilling, Tony Alexander (Chief Economist for the BNZ) and Dr Alan Bollard, governor of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.

The forums run four-five times per year in the Genesis Room of The Trusts Stadium.
